Synchromedia Group was recently awarded a highly recommended certificate and is one of the finalists in the Australian Achiever Awards.

The Australian Achiever Awards give recognition for excellence in customer service.

The awards process required the evaluation of Synchromedia's customer support by an independent panel.

As part of the evaluation process a number of our clients were contacted and asked detailed questions about our customer service.
